Nathalie Fossier

Before joining Ceres, Nathalie held various cross-functional roles in the agri-food industry, all with a strong customer-centric focus. These diverse roles provided her with a holistic view of the sector and its stakeholders. Through the reorganization or establishment of departments and teams, she learned to analyze and optimize internal processes to deliver an optimal customer experience.

Among her clients were distributors, food service providers, industrial players, and large retailers, allowing her to understand the daily needs and challenges of each of them, fostering lasting and fruitful collaborations.

Thanks to the international dimension of these roles, Nathalie learned to apprehend different cultures and integrate them into the business world. These experiences shaped her a 360-degree vision of the sector.

At Ceres, Nathalie found the perfect balance. As a consultant, she blends her passion for the agri-food world with the human resource management. Her goal at Ceres? To develop and sustain the business in Wallonia and in France.
